Ingredients

Chipotle Sauce:

  • 6 g Chipotle Mayo (Sir Kensington’s)
  • 28 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)

Burger:

  • 1 Spicy Chik’n Burger Patty (Boca Burger)
  • 1 Ciabatta Roll (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 slice Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese (Trader Joe’s)
  • Lettuce
  • Red Onion Slices
  • Roma Tomato Slices

Instructions

Chipotle Sauce:

  • Mix your two ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
    6 g (1 tsp) Chipotle Mayo, 28 g (2 tbsp) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Burger:

  • Cook your frozen patty according to package instructions and until nice and crispy.

  • Slice your ciabatta roll in half and top one side with Swiss cheese. Toast until cheese has melted.
