Spicy, Cheesy, and Protein-Packed Appetizer

These Nashville hot mozzarella sticks will kick your snacking game up a notch! Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and packing an incredible 22g of protein per stick โ€“ theyโ€™re not your average mozzarella sticks. If youโ€™re a fan of bold flavors and melty cheese, this oneโ€™s for you.

Think classic mozzarella sticks but with a Nashville twist โ€“ fiery, tangy, and oh-so-satisfying. Made with low-fat mozzarella sticks and coated in crushed spicy protein chips, these air fryer mozzarella sticks are as easy to whip up as they are delicious. Just set up a quick three-part dipping station: egg whites, flour, and those spicy chip crumbs for the ultimate crispy coating. A few back-and-forth dips, a short spin in the air fryer, and youโ€™re ready for that glorious cheese pull moment.

Once theyโ€™re hot and crispy, brush on a layer of Frankโ€™s RedHot glaze to give them that Nashville kick. The best part? Pair with some cool, creamy yogurt ranch for the ultimate dip. Trust me, these protein mozzarella sticks are the perfect way to indulge without any of the guilt.

Whether youโ€™re enjoying these solo or sharing them with friends to watch the game, theyโ€™re the perfect healthy snack with all the comfort of your favorite bar food โ€“ but with a fiery twist and packed with protein.
