Ingredients
Dough:
- 75 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 60 g Self Rising Flour (King Arthur)
- 14 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest Baking)
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ tsp Distilled White Vinegar
Toppings:
- 30 g Garlic Lovers Pasta Sauce (H-E-B)
- 15 ml Chipotle Hot Sauce (Tia Lupita)
- 30 g Beefless Beef Ground
- ½ tsp Spicy Taco Seasoning (Siete)
- 14 g Lite Mexican Cheese (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
Garnish:
- 10 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
- Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- ¼ Lime Wedge (juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
Dough:
- In a bowl, mix together your dough ingredients until crumbly. - Transfer to a floured surface and knead until fully formed. Roll out into a thin pizza shape and transfer to parchment lined baking sheet.
Toppings:
