Ingredients

Dough:

  • 75 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggiโ€™s)
  • 60 g Self Rising Flour (King Arthur)
  • 14 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest Baking)
  • ยฝ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ยฝ tsp Distilled White Vinegar

Toppings:

  • 30 g Garlic Lovers Pasta Sauce (H-E-B)
  • 15 ml Chipotle Hot Sauce (Tia Lupita)
  • 30 g Beefless Beef Ground
  • ยฝ tsp Spicy Taco Seasoning (Siete)
  • 14 g Lite Mexican Cheese (Trader Joeโ€™s)
  • 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)

Garnish:

  • 10 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
  • Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • ยผ Lime Wedge (juiced)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐ.

Dough:

  • In a bowl, mix together your dough ingredients until crumbly. The added vinegar gives your crust that nice chewy bite reminiscent of traditional pizza crusts!
    75 g (0.33 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 60 g (0.5 cups) Self Rising Flour, 14 g (3 tbsp) Unflavored Protein Powder, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, Pinch of Salt, 1/2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead until fully formed. Roll out into a thin pizza shape and transfer to parchment lined baking sheet.

Toppings:

  • Cook your beefless ground with taco seasoning for just 3-4 minutes.
    30 g (2 tbsp) Beefless Beef Ground, 1/2 tsp Spicy Taco Seasoning
  • Top your pizza with all the toppings evenly. For the egg, create a crater in the center and carefully crack it in.
    30 g (2 tbsp) Garlic Lovers Pasta Sauce, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Chipotle Hot Sauce, 14 g (1 tbsp) Lite Mexican Cheese, 1 Large Brown Egg
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until egg whites set and crust is golden brown.

Garnish:

  • Top with your garnishes and dig in!
    10 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Feta, Fresh Cilantro, 1/4 Lime Wedge
