Ingredients
Wet:
- 63 g Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Trader Joe’s)
- 120 ml Plain Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 85 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Paste
Dry:
- 30 g Oat Flour (H-E-B)
- 20 g Old Fashioned Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 15 g Chocolate Protein Powder (Quest)
- 14 g Hot Coca Mix (Trader Joe’s)
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 30 g Sugar Free Marshmallows (Choc Zero)
To Serve:
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Wet:
- Add your wet ingredients to an oven safe bowl and mix until incorporated.63 g (0.25 cups) Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 120 ml (0.5 cups) Plain Protein Plant Milk, 85 g (0.33 cups) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1/4 tsp Vanilla Paste
Dry:
- Add in the dry and mix until there are no lumps. Stir in the marshmallows.30 g (0.25 cups) Oat Flour, 20 g (0.25 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 15 g (3 tbsp) Chocolate Protein Powder, 14 g (1 tbsp) Hot Coca Mix, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Baking Soda, 30 g (0.25 cups) Sugar Free Marshmallows
- Add to your oven and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. If you want it more baked, cooked for longer. Keep an eye on the top to ensure the marshmallows don’t burn.
