Ingredients
Pistachio Filling:
- 13 g Kadayik (Alkis)
- 14 g Pistachio Paste (Gusto Etna)
Ganache:
- 27 g Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bar (Gatsby)
- 15 ml Fat Free Milk (Mootopia)
Waffle:
- 50 g Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
- 85 g 0% Milkfat Yogurt (Fage)
- 30 ml Fat Free Milk (Mootopia)
- 20 g All Purpose Flour (King Arthur)
- 15 g Vanilla Protein Powder (Quest)
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Topping:
- 7 g Sweet Cinnamon Pistachios (Wonderful)
Instructions
Pistachio Filling:
- Spray some olive oil in a nonstick pan and bring to medium heat. Add your shredded filo in and toast for 5-6 minutes until they start to brown. Remove from heat.13 g (0.25 cup) Kadayik

Ganache:

Waffle:
