Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
Pistachio Kadayif:
- 25 g Kadayif (Alkis)
- 2 g Olive Oil Spray
- 28 g Pistachio Spread (Fine & Raw)
Pistachio Yogurt:
- 170 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 15 g Vanilla Protein Powder (Quest)
- 30 ml Plain Nonfat Milk (Whole Foods)
- 3.5 g Sugar Free Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix (Jello)
Chocolate Ganache:
- 54 g Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bar (Gatsby)
- 30 ml Plain Nonfat Milk (Whole Foods)
As Well As:
- 160 g Strawberries (cubed)
Instructions
Pistachio Kadayif:
- Add your kadayif to a pan and lightly spray with olive oil. Then add over medium heat, and start to toast for 4-6 minutes.25 g (0.25 cups) Kadayif, 2 g (0.5 tsp) Olive Oil Spray
- Make sure to constantly sauté it and ensure it does not burn. It should have a nice even golden brown color.
- Removed from heat and added the pistachio cream. Mix until it’s all evenly incorporated. Set aside.28 g (tbsp) Pistachio Spread
Pistachio Yogurt:
- In a bowl, mix together your yogurt and protein powder. Then add milk to smooth it out.170 g (.75 cups) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 15 g (1.5 tbsp) Vanilla Protein Powder, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Plain Nonfat Milk
- Optionally, add pistachio pudding mix for that green color. Mix until incorporated and smooth. Set aside.3.5 g (1 tsp) Sugar Free Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
Chocolate Ganache:
- In a small bowl, add your chocolate squares and milk. Melt for 20-30 seconds and then stir until it’s smooth. Set aside.54 g (0.66 bar) Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bar, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Plain Nonfat Milk
Assemble:
- Grab two serving dishes and layer together the yogurt, strawberries, kadayif, and chocolate into each.160 g (1 cups) Strawberries
- Best enjoyed fresh or if saving for later, save the kadayif layer in a Tupperware to preserve the crunchiness and enjoy when ready!
