Ingredients
Tacos:
- Olive Oil Spray
- 42 g Fat Free Feta (Cafe Olympia)
- 92 g Egg Whites
- 2 Large Brown Eggs (Vital Farms)
- 2 Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas (La Tortilla Factory)
To Serve:
- 25 g Avocado
- Handful of Arugula
- Salt & Pepper
- Hot “Honey”
Instructions
Tacos:
- In a small pan, spray some oil and sprinkle half your feta in a circle around the edge.Olive Oil Spray, 42 g (0.25 cups) Fat Free Feta
- Pour in half your egg whites and crack in one egg in the middle. Cover with a lid and cook until egg whites set. Repeat for second egg.92 g (6 tbsp) Egg Whites, 2 Large Brown Eggs
