Ingredients
Oatmeal Base:
- 80 g Old Fashioned Oats
- 28 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest)
- 240 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 113 g Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 15 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Buttersworth)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Toppings:
- 40 g Cinnamon Squares Cereal (Whole Foods)
Instructions
Oatmeal Base:
- In a Tupperware container or 2 mason jars, add in all of your oatmeal ingredients (half to each if using mason jars). Give it a really good stir and then refrigerate overnight.80 g (cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 28 g (0.25 cups) Unflavored Protein Powder, 240 ml (1 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 113 g (0.5 cups) Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon
Toppings:
- The next day, layer 20g of crushed up cinnamon square cereal with one serving of the creamy oats.40 g (2 cups) Cinnamon Squares Cereal
