This recipe is so quick and easy to make, and it requires minimal effort. Plus, you know it’s loaded with protein, making it a perfect treat that you can enjoy without any guilt.
The best part? It only needs two ingredients for the base: your favorite protein shake and sugar-free pudding mix. Once you blend these together until smooth, it’s time for the fun part—adding in the mix-ins. We’re talking chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers, all coming together to create that classic s’mores flavor with a high protein twist.

High Protein S’mores Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 414 ml Vanilla Protein Shake (Core Power Elite)
- 12 g Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 28 g Vegan Mini Marshmallow (Trader Joe’s)
- 28 g Semi-Sweet Morsels
- 30 g Graham Crackers
Instructions
- In your Ninja Creami Container, add in a full bottle of your favorite protein shake.414 ml (1.75 cups) Vanilla Protein Shake
- Then add in the pudding mix and whisk together until smooth.12 g (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- The next day, let it thaw on your counter for at least 15 minutes.
- Then add to your machine and do a Full Light Ice Cream spin. Remove and add some water or milk. Do a Full Respin. The texture should be nice and smooth but if it’s not, do another Full Respin.
- Once it’s ready, add in all your mix-ins and hit the Mix-Ins option.28 g (0.33 cups) Vegan Mini Marshmallow, 28 g (0.25 cups) Semi-Sweet Morsels, 30 g (0.33 cups) Graham Crackers
