Instructions
Squash:
Prep your squash by cutting it in half and then removing the seeds. Then cut into thin slices.
80 g(0.75cups) Delicata Squash
Add to a sheet pan with sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Season with salt & pepper and then lightly spray with olive oil.
Add some flour to a surface and add the dough. Start to knead the dough until it comes together.
7 g(1tbsp) Self Rising Flour
Once a dough has formed, flour a rolling pin and start to roll out into a circular pizza shape. It doesn’t have to be perfect! Pinch the edges to make a sort of a border.
Toppings:
Spread on a thin layer of your sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Then top with your squash slices (discarding the thyme and rosemary).
