Rice:
In a small sauce pan, add in your milk, yogurt, protein powder, and sugar. Give it a good mix until smooth.
120 ml(0.5cups) Protein Plant Milk, 56 g(0.25cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 15 g(2tbsp) Unflavored Protein Mix, 32 g(4tsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener
Then place on low heat and let it cook until it starts to simmer.
Remove from heat and add to a mixing bowl with your frozen rice (you can save some of the liquid to top your rice with later if desired). Evenly incorporate the two.
