32gZero Calorie Sugar(H-E-B)

In a small pot (not on heat yet), crack in your egg and whisk until smooth.
1 Large Brown Egg
Add in your sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Give it a good mix.
32 g(4tsp) Zero Calorie Sugar, 1/2 Large Lemon, 1 tsp Lemon Zest
Finally, add in your butter and place on a stove on low to medium heat.
14 g(1tbsp) Unsalted Butter
Let it start to warm up and continuously whisk until it thickens. This will take roughly 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it completely cool. Add your lemon curd to a jar or container and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Use for a multitude of different recipes! When ready to enjoy again - if it has thickened - add a small splash of water and mix until desired consistency. You can also hear in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften again.
