Wet:
Add your egg to a mixing bowl and whisk to add some air and fluff.
52 g(3.5tbsp) Large Brown Egg
Then add in the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Then add in the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
30 g(0.25cups) All Purpose Flour, 15 g(2tbsp) Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate, 8 g(2tsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, Pinch of Salt, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Ginger, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
In a pan on medium heat, add in a little bit of your butter. Scoop out 1/4th cup of your batter and cook until golden brown on each side. Repeat until batter is used up.
