Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, mix together all your ingredients besides the olive oil.
50 g(1) Large Brown Egg, 92 g(6tbsp) Egg Whites, 55 g(0.25cups) Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 10 g(1tsp) Calabrian Peppers, Salt & Pepper
Spray olive oil in a large flat pan and heat on medium. Pour out your mixture and let it set a little.

Wrap:
Once the top has started to set, place your large tortilla right on top and press down to let it stick to the egg.

2-3 minutes later, carefully place a large lid on top and flip your wrap into it. Slide the wrap back into the pan to crisp up the bottom.
While it cooks, add your cheese and veggies to one half. After another 2-3 minutes, fold the other half over and press down.
