Cut 1 small sweet potato in half and lay on aluminum foil face down. Roast at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Mix 1/2 cup of sweet potato fresh with 1/2 a banana, 1 egg, 1/4 cup almond butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Blend all the ingredients together until no lumps are left behind.
Then, mix in 1/4 cup cacao powder, 1 tbsp almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp sea salt.

Add your brownie batter to your choice of baking dish. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.
Baked to perfection! Check with a toothpick to ensure it is cooked all the way through.
