Ingredients
Cinnamon Toast Crunch:
- 45 g Protein Soft White Bread (Cubed (Sola))
- 5 g Unsalted Butter (Melted (Vital Farms))
- 8 g Zero Calorie Sweetener Blend (H-E-B)
- 3 g Ground Cinnamon
- 5 g Vanilla Extract (Nielsen Massey)
Strawberry Compote:
- 95 g Strawberries
- 3 g Tapioca Flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 15 ml Water
Whipped Cottage Cheese:
- 110 g Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- 15 g Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder (Quest)
- 30 ml Organic Nonfat Milk (Whole Foods)
Instructions
Make the Cinnamon Toast Crunch:
- Add your ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss until the bread cubes are evenly coated. Transfer to an air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 325°F for 5–7 minutes, shaking every 2 minutes, until golden and crisp. Prepare the Strawberry Compote:
- Add your ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl and mix until combined. Microwave for 60 seconds, stir, and gently mash the strawberries.
