Add your egg, milk, banana, cinnamon & vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth bowl. Pour into a large flat dish.
1 Organic Pasture-Raised Egg, 60 ml(0.25cups) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk, 1/2 Banana, Dash of Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Lay your sliced bread and flip to coat. Let it soak for about 5 mins.
3 slices Seeded Keto Bread
Heat up a pan with a quick Olive oil spray & cook the slices until golden brown on each side.
Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan on medium heat, add in your butter, sliced banana, and coconut sugar. Sauté until caramelized (about 5-6 mins)
