Instructions
Apples:
Start off by washing and prepping your apple. Cut into thin slices.
170 g(1medium) Red Apple
Add to a bowl and mix with your tapioca flour and sugar until combined.
6 g(2tsp) Tapioca Flour or Cornstarch, 8 g(2tsp) Zero Calorie Brown Sugar
Pan Prep:
Prep your cast iron skillet or baking dish by rubbing butter along the bottom and edges.
2 g(0.5tsp) Cold Unsalted Butter
Add the apples and evenly spread in a flat layer. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes so the slices can soften and start to caramelize.
Oat Topping:
In a mixing bowl, add in all the dry ingredients and give it a mix. Then add the vanilla and melted butter. Give it all a mix until it turns into a crumbly texture.
Once your apples have turned tender, sprinkle your topping in an even layer.
Add back to the oven at 350° for another 8-10 minutes. You can broil it at 500° at the end for just a minute or two to give the top more of a golden brown color. Be sure to keep an eye on it when baking in general as oven temperatures can vary.
French Toast:
While that cooks, in a shallow bowl, whisk together your egg, milk, and vanilla.
50 g(1whole) Large Brown Egg, 30 ml(2tbsp) Nonfat Milk, 3 g(1tsp) Vanilla Extract
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture and add to a medium nonstick pan sprayed with oil. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on each side. Repeat for all the slices.
180 g(4slices) Protein White Bread, 3 g(3second) Olive Oil Spray
Toppings:
When ready to serve, grab one slice of bread and layer with a small spoonful of yogurt. Top with the second slice of bread and remaining yogurt.

Drizzle with sugar free syrup and then dig in and enjoy.
